QUICK PHOTO/VIDEO POST:
After being cooped up with a bum leg for the past few days, I woke up stir crazy this morning (and slightly more able to walk like a normal human being) and decided to drive 17 miles down a gravel road, deep into the wilds of Superior National Forest.
Not to gloat—especially in light of the fact that most of America is broiling on HIGH at the moment—but wearing a flannel shirt in July is just plain weird.
As John Muir said, “Into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.”
Wish you were here to see it (all) with me. Enjoy!
Peace & Love,
Mark
