A quick share today, mostly to say: thanks to some dear cousins, I’m full of gratitude this morning I’m able to hunker down in the safety and warmth of a family cabin during this historic Tennessee deep freeze.
At the same time, I’m wondering if you’re also safe and warm, as well, in your corner of the cosmos?
Today’s (exclusively indoor) agenda:
Continue polishing a literary agent pitch for Images of Broken Light, a novel I wrote during the pandemic.
Get on the floor. Do bridges, planks, leg lifts, etc. Then, of course, get up off the floor successfully.
Continue electric slide guitar instruction in the style of George Harrison (thanks, YouTube).
Continue listening to my fave George Harrison Spotify playlist.
Dip back into David Hepworth’s engrossing tome profiling the nuclear bomb that first exploded over the CBS-TV airwaves in 1964: Overpaid, Oversexed and Over There—How a Few Skinny Brits with Bad Teeth Rocked America.
Save this draft, hit the “post” key…
As always, I’m endlessly grateful for your readership, encouragement and support!
Peace & Love,
Mark
That’s a lot of snow for Tennessee! Glad you had a refuge.
